I was killing it last weekend during the cupcake fest. 90 second raptor run yielded 3-4 cupcakes per run at 250g a pop. Add in unid golds, whites, and dyes, I figure I was making about 30-40k per hour of farming in NM. I'm sure some of you hardcore guys would laugh at that but for me that was big money.

I say ele solo UW is the most profitable. roughly 45-60 mins, depending on whether you wanna do just plains or pits also. I have an average of 3-7 ecto a run. Let's say I do get 7. Ectos go for 5k a pop now, so 7*5=35k roughly every 45-60 mins.

You can do a run in 8 minutes? Fine. Let's say you do a perfect 8 minute run, and get your average top drop of 50 feathers.
8 minute runs = 7.5 runs per hour
7.5 (runs) x 50 (feathers per run) = 375 feathers per hour
1 stack = 250 = 7k
1 feather = 28g
375 feathers (at 28g) = 10.5k an hour
You'd be better off farming raptors for unided golds and black/white dyes.
Also, your Celestial weapons (Arn't they always gold?) are unlikely to be max, and since it's Factions, they're unmoddable.

Had a friend tell me about it so I went there to see what's up.At first it looked promising(I did nail 100 feathers),but it went to hell fast.

In UW once, on a lucky run, I probably made about 65k in an hour, but my average is around 40k/hour.

Anti-farming code is dead you idiots. They made Loot Scaling, which can have the same effect if everything dies at the same time. Kill enemies one at a time, and bye bye """anti-farm code"""

So explain: I was farming byzzr, got drops in the first 10 runs, then I got less and less drop & I ended up 8 runs in a row without a single white drop.

Farm bad guilds in GvG ATs. You make about 50k for less than an hour of playtime (~2 hours real life time).

Farming Raptors on envent weekends must be up there as one of the most profitable farms you can do in the present day. Its not hard to rack up a stack of event items in a couple of hours, or less.

infact, this has never been 100% proved. Lots of players claim this. I also expirienced this a lot of times, but i don't like calling all the speculations about dropps in gw as facts
